Staffing Industry Analysts, the industry’s premier global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has named Pride Global—PRIDE Health’s parent company—to its “2018 Best Staffing Firms to Work For” list. The winners were announced at its 27th annual Staffing Industry Executive Forum North America in Miami Beach, FL—its largest event to date.
Approximately 300 staffing firms participated in the program which asked internal employees to measure 10 key elements of engagement, including teamwork, feeling valued, trust in senior leaders, compensation and benefits, and manager effectiveness. Companies were then ranked based on overall composite score, and the top quartile of each category was recognized.
